Conflicting Messages
Having received one of these PCN's from Highview Parking in relation to Warrington Hospital, I eventually got round to finding the help I needed and used the template letter on the sticky thread to appeal. The charge was then put on hold whilst the appeal was reviewed. However, today I received 2 emails from them, the…

Parking ticket for parking before opening time
Hi everyone, I picked up a parking ticket recently and am trying to work out if I should/could fight it or not. Ive contacted the store in question but don’t want to start an appeal against ParkingEye if I’m doomed to fail as I will admit I read the signs wrong in this case. Basically I dropped my partner off at hospital…

Council parking ticket
I got a ticket at a council pay and display car park back in May. I had bought a ticket but it was a windy day and when I got my coat out of the boot the ticket blew from the dashboard onto the front seat. I appealed immediately with full details and the details of the ticket I bought - I appealed before the ticket had…

UKPC contact email
Hi all, Whilst waiting to hear the result from my popla cases against UKPC from last November, I had a run in with a UKPC attendant on Saturday who was yet again ticketing outside of his remit. This fellow and I had a lengthy discussion with him failing to answer any of my questions and rather resorted to try and threaten…

Given only 5 days to pay(inc.w/e)?
A friend has received a parking ticket today 27/07/15 from parking eye. Date on letter is 23/07/15 and the date to pay the fine tomorrow, 28/07/15. They also cite the April 2015 court of appeal where the outcome was in Parking Eyes favour. This doesn't give much time for an appeal to be submitted. Any advice gratefully…

Hi My wife and I parked our car in the entrance to a company at Doncaster Airport. We sat for…

2xAPCOA Fines in 2 Weeks - Advice
Hi, my car has got 2x APCOA parking fines within a 2 week period. I have read through the newbies thread and produced an appeal letter to APCOA initially for the first of the two PCN.s but I am just wondering whether I should reference both PCN's on the letter to save doing a second one? Will this effect a follow on appeal…

PoPLA website issues
Those idiots at PoPLA have failed to renew their SSL certificate which means that anyone trying to submit an appeal gets an invalid certificate warning from their browser. Presumably they will have to extend the submission deadline so that anyone who needed to get their appeal in today or yesterday, but chose not to do so…

Can a fresh appeal be made to Polpa?
My wife parked in a car park managed by All Parking Services UK Ltd, bought a ticket but it fell off. She appealed direct and it was rejected. Have been given a Polpa code but on the Polpa website it does not recognise the code. Would an appeal be made to Polpa on basis of no loss as ticket was paid for, I have searched…

Goodbye Excel! Go take a jump Rossendales.
Back in 2009, Excel wrote to me inviting me to pay them an extortionate "fine" for parking after 2 hours in a free car park in a shopping car park. Our party had actually been shopping in the complex for that time, buying stuff, and at the time of leaving the place was, of course, nearly empty. I can remember the shock and…

Good morning. I am 'new' to this forum but inhabit another one so apologies in advance if I have failed to find the relevant thread despite searching.
