DRP - Parking Charges - Help Needed ASAP

Options
Good morning all,
This is my first post so I apologies in advance if the format is not correct.

I know that the board says 'no more DRP posts' but the case I am dealing with is I feel different and therefore I have decided to see if anyone else can help as I have so far been unable to find information elsewhere on the internet.

My partner started a new job in Feb 15 and as a requrement of this was told to attend a venue for training. She was informed at the time of where to park.

She did this and 2 weeks later received a parking charge from G24 Ltd. She took this into her work and was advised that she should ignore it as it was unenforceable. She is a law abiding citizen and therefore she wasn't happy about this but as the management had told her to do this she abided by their guidance.

She then received a Final Notice in Apr 15 from G24 Ltd which again she took into work and the same advice was given by management - to ignore as unenforceable.

Last week she received a letter off DRP stating that she has until the beginning of August to pay the charge (now £160) or else they will recommend to the creditor that court action be taken. An added complication is that she left her employment at her last job in Jun 15 and the company are refusing that the charge is theirs.

She is now in a real quandry as if she had paid the original charge it would have been a lot less than it is now but also the problem is that she parked there for more than 1 day and she is concerned that if she pays this charge will they go after her for the others as well?????

I suppose my main question is can they do this if they haven't already issued any notices for the other day(s).

Your advice on this would be grately appreciated as it is causing a great deal of stress and making her ill.

I thank you in advance for any assistance on this matter.

I don't see how "ignore DRP" is any different here to "ignore DRP" on every other DRP thread.

No different to any other case - not sure what makes you think it is.

G24 are a bunch of scammers who's owner, Andy King, is just a bully boy moron.

G24 have never done court. G24 have screwed the taxman by not paying VAT. G24 broke their contract with Nominet by downright lying .... THREE times. G24 broke the BPA Code of Practice.

They now belong to the criminally corrupt IPC and their kangeroo court known as the IAS.

The other month I phoned G24 50 ish times asking to speak to the head monkey, Andy King but apparently NOBODY knows his number to transfer me to :rotfl:

Just ignore these sub-human idiots and their equally vile 'debt collectors' DRP+. In the extremely unlikely event they find the box of office feltips AND manage to learn to write to send you REAL court papers, come back here for help.

    as above ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

    ignore G24

    ignore DRP

    For the next 6 years

if necessary, try a complaint to the landowner for a cancellation

there are no "different DRP circumstances" , ignore DRP means exactly that, no ifs , no buts

G24 and DRP are bullies and the way they do business if to stress people out, bully them and make them ill, its what they do

once they have you on the hook, you can wriggle as much as you like, but you arent getting off that hook unless the landowner says so (recommended) , or you pay (not recommended) , or 6 years elapses (last resort)

so although you think its "different" its not, its no longer about parking either, its about them chasing a speculative invoice for an alleged debt (could have been a bill from a plumber)

this is the same scnario as the thousands of other threads on here about g24 and DRP

there sre 2 things only that should not be ignored

    an official LBC

or an official MCOL from Northampton or Salford (or via a local to g24 court like CEL do in Barnet)

ie:- court claims or letters before court, not threatograms, and not from debt collectors who have no powers to do so
