Noticed a warden standing in from of my car on my garden so went out to see what he was doing.
He issuing a PCN for being parked on council land?
I explained it was my front garden and he said the records said it was council and that was that.
On the notice it says the car was parked with 1 or more wheels on the pavement.
The car is clearly all on the grass of my garden.
When I access the garden I do via the dropped kerb to the entrances of the garages and then onto the garden. I do not drive over the footpath at all.

Attached a pic with the dropped kerb marked.
My garden is at the bottom with the tree, it was parked to the right of the tree wholly on the grass.

I have tried logging in to view the PCN online but its coming up as not found?
How quickly do they enter the system?

Thanks for any replies.

as this seems to be a council issue, then go post over on pepipoo forums where the experts can help you (we tend to deal with private parking chargees on here)

Need to go to Council Parking Tickets & Clamping and Decriminalised Notices. It's going to depend on whether the land you were on counts as part of the highway or not. Pavements and verges normally do, but not clear cut in situations like this.

Looks very much like you've had to cross a pavement to get where that last photo shows the car parked.

That said, the only offence is driving on the pavement ... being parked on the other side of a pavement is not an offence (except perhaps in London) unless other parking rules are in place (double yellow lines, etc.). I doubt the warden saw you drive across the pavement.

As others have said above, Pepipoo is the place for this. :)
