Parking eye Forster square

Hi I got a lot of mixed messages on what to do with these parking tickets from parking eye in Forster square in Bradford. I got one while I was in Bradford having a celebratory meal with friends and hadn't realise I was 3 hours and a half and the second was while I at the Bradford crow courts wanting to pass an order to protect my son from his father and ended up being in Bradford for again three and a half hours. I'm a single parent struggles as it is with dealing with my child's fathers abusive nature. People are telling me to ignore them letter but there asking for £85 and county court proceedings. I've noticed they haven't put the name or address or parking eye on the letter where they caught me etc. please advise welcoming and needed

no mixed message here
just one
please read the NEWBIES sticky thread, tells you everything you need to know
then appeal the postal NTK on their website using the template letter
ignoring PE IS A BAD IDEA,
PEOPLE END UP IN COURT, like Barry Beavis has done 3 TIMES IN THE LAST 16 MONTHS, the latest last thursday in the Supreme Court
dont listen to idiot acquaintances that know nothing
just read and follow the newbies sticky thread
and try to get the landowner to cancel it too0 -
" I've noticed they haven't put the name or address or parking eye on the letter where they caught me etc. "
please clarify , did you receive a ticket on your windscreen , or was it just a letter showing photo,s , received after the event?
WHO was/is the company (full name + address)
edit: was it this car park https://www.google.com/maps/@53.800687,-1.753732,3a,37.5y,271.85h,84.13t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1su59D2SzGzKsH-_-0lfYuVw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656
the one that clearly states 3 hrs max0 -
This is a Parking Eye playground with ANPR. Certainly as the primary means of catching the unwary.
Never seen a foot patrol yet.0 -
as per the first ticket , if the OP was using the shopping area for the 3 plus hours "for a drink" they should contact the venue used (on the shopping complex) and ask them to get it stopped
as for the second ticket , the sign clearly states 3 hrs max "FOR CUSTOMERS" , unless they have moved the courts onto the shopping complex , then they have failed to meet PE and the land owners criteria.
the reason for 1hr , 2hr or 3hr is to stop people using the car park and going else ware (work/train station) etc
as you were not a genuine shopper on the second occasion , you should have used parking facilities more suited to your day out.
don,t forget , ticket one IF you were having a celebratory drink at the shopping complex , please complain to the shop/pub/wine bar owner0 -

The car park is available to anyone, including those who park and walk off into the town centre. This was a stipulation in the planning permission.
Previous scammers - Excel - got into a bit of bother trying to restrict parking by imposing the no leaving site trick.0 -
in that case , the signage is misleading , and as such non compliant0
