Can a fresh appeal be made to Polpa?

Options
My wife parked in a car park managed by All Parking Services UK Ltd, bought a ticket but it fell off.

She appealed direct and it was rejected. Have been given a Polpa code but on the Polpa website it does not recognise the code.

Would an appeal be made to Polpa on basis of no loss as ticket was paid for, I have searched newbies thread but cannot find an answer. Also any thoughts on Polpa code ?

I would welcome your thoughts and help please

It's PoPLA. Polpa is Italian for squished tomatoes.

Complain to the BPA that the operator has issued you with an invalid PoPLA Code.

Its must have been certificate issues with Popla as it has now recognised the code, would it be pre-estimate of loss as opposed to mitigation, ticket fell off or both?

use the parking cowboys code checker to check validity and its expiry date (like it tells you in the NEWBIES sticky thread)

popla dont accept mitigation , they also dont accept "ticket fell off" either (mitigation)

your appeal will major on the following points

NTK not compliant with pofa 2012
    no contract with landowner
    poor or bad signage
    not a gpeol

plus any other issues you can tack on

so have a look at recent popla appeal examples on here , within the last 2 months or so (try the forum search box)
