Those idiots at PoPLA have failed to renew their SSL certificate which means that anyone trying to submit an appeal gets an invalid certificate warning from their browser.
Presumably they will have to extend the submission deadline so that anyone who needed to get their appeal in today or yesterday, but chose not to do so because of the lurid security warning, can still submit (if and when they've fixed it).

I suppose that's a bit like overstaying past your free/paid for time in a car park. There don't seem to be any penalty charges applicable here. Before you know it, all web sites will be forgetting about the time and we will be facing "appealmageddon".
Sounds silly? Yes . But wonder where I have seen something like that before??0 -
