Where to start?!
Hello, Hoping for some advice? I'm currently spending between £80-100 a week on a food shop for two adults. We normally buy for 5 nights and then I'll do the food shop again on the weekend. How can I cut these costs down?? We do write down meals that we're having to make sure we can stick to a plan but the bill just creeps…

I have a couple of punnets of plums past their best, castor and granulated sugars, sr flour and stork. I feel like this should be ok for a crumble but I cannot find a basic recipe for the life of me, they all want ground almonds or muscovado sugar.
