Hoping someone out there can help.

I’ve used my cooker so much most of the Knob Titles, for want of a better phrase, have worn off.
I’ve managed to purchase a set for the 6 burners, but I’m really stuck on the name/functions of the 5 little turny knobs where the timer is....one says Manual, the others have vanished!
The instructions I’ve found online are no help, and all the images I’ve found are too blurred to make them out.

Can anyone help, then I can get more printed?
