Food I don`t eat no longer has shelf space- ( my son had oodles of pasta!) I realized that I had two Tupperware containers of porridge oats- the cheapo one for…

OOD frozen fruits
Hi, I have found a tub of opened frozen summer fruits dated 2015. They have frost on them. I usually use these for porridge but I wonder whether they are still ok? They were at the bottom of drawer so must have kept topping up on top of them. Will they be ok? Or should I just throw them away?

Vegetable crisps
Anyone made any before? Trying to cut back on processed foods, so decided I would make a batch of oven baked vegetable crisps to munch on. Got a mixed veggie pack just to try them - swede, parnsip, carrot, sweet potato. Followed a recipe, used coconut oil (refined so it didn't taste coconutty), sprinkled with a spice…
