bread roll help please
hi there, can anyone help - I made some whole meal bread rolls the other day, did them in the BM & then baked in the oven but they are really dense & heavy - has anyone got any tips on how to make them lighter or is this not possible to achieve with hm/bm rolls?? many thanks bjb
