Chilling / Freezing Bread Dough?

Hi Everyone,
I am wondering if anyone can give me any advice regarding making bread.
I have got a lovely recipe off here which works wonders however I like to make my dough in the machine (takes a good hour and half) then make my bread rolls or loaf and leave to rise for another 20 minutes.
Can I chill or freeze my dough at this stage as I'd like to make it on a night and cook it in the morning so it's fresh. Or can I make the bread, freeze and then reheat in the oven?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Many Thanks
Busybee
