Help with Plum Recipe

Good Morning!
I have a big bowl of plums which need using up. I also have a pack of puff pastry, so I'm thinking of combining the both.
Does anyone have any ideas? I'm pretty good in the kitchen, so doesn't have to be basic lol!
I also have ground almonds, butter, icing sugar, lemons, jam, custard, frozen raspberries, and most cake baking ingredients.
Thanks for any ideas

I'd make a plum and frangipane pie/strudle sort of thing...not somplicated though I'm afraid! The ground almond/frangipane will soak up some of the plum juices (personally I'd just halve the plums on top a tiny spinkle of sugar and dash of butter on top of them, keeping the sweetness in the frnagipane and letting any tartness in the plums be tempered by that)
I might go and see how the plums are doing on the trees.

It sounds lovely... how would you make frangipane, its not something I've tried before?0

125g butter, softened
125g caster sugar
2 eggs
125g ground almonds
1 tbsp plain flour (I almost never add flour but most recipes do I think)
I often add a glug of rum, sometimes even omit eggs.... if using stewed fruit in stead of fresh fruit I often just mix a almonds, butter and sugar in the (part baked) tart.0 -

Thank you for your replies, I went with the plum frangipan. Puff pastry base, frangipan then plums cut up on top, baked in the oven. I made it this afternoon, and just had to try a little bit and it was gorgeous!
Thanks again0 -
