Mackerel, to freeze or not
Hi everyone. I've just bought three nice mackerel fillets in Morrisons that are suitable for freezing. I intend to eat one tonight and the others during the coming week. Will they keep in the fridge for 7 days - well the last of them anyway? I don't think 7 days is too long, but I don't want to take chances and the pack…

Can I do anything with overcooked/separated chocolate?
I tried to make a chocolate sauce to cover a sponge cake I made, but it's all gone wrong :( The recipe was just double cream, butter and dark chocolate, which should be simple enough but I thought I'd try it in my Le Saucier. Must have had the setting too high and it's ruined - all lumpy chocolate with separate oily…

As an avid reader of and occasional contributor to Money Saving, I am constantly amazed by the depth and breadth of the knowledge of your readers. Anyone use a microwave pressure cooker?
Just wondering if anyone had one of these and how they find it? I use a lot of pulses and am considering getting a microwave pressure cooker so that I can cook dried pulses quickly. They seem much cheaper than a normal pressure cooker, and easier to use, and the fact that they're not that big wouldn't be a problem for me…
