good chocolate muffin recipe please!

Hope this is the right place to post.
With DD being off nursery for easter i'm looking at ways to keep her amused.
She likes baking and asked to make chocolate muffins, problem is I don't have a good recipe, our first attempt turned out rather dry and flat!
Recipes appreciated and also any ideas for other things we can bake, especially any low fat recipes as I'm trying to lose weight and have no will power to refuse a tasty treat!!:D
