stew ok to freeze?
I got 2lb of stewing meat on offer, if I made a big beef in stout stew up would it be ok to freeze it in portions? I want to do something with it that I can cook in one go, then portion up to freeze for when I'm not at my best. I thought a slow cooked stew in the oven would be the easiest but I'm open to other suggestions.

Uneven Oven
If I cook a HM pizza in my electric fan oven on high (as high as it goes - 250) on the top shelf, it usually cooks the part of the pizza in the back of the oven first, and forces me to open the door and spin the pizza around so that the front cooks too. Is this because my oven is rubbish, because its on the top shelf, or…
