So you have the bits for flapjacks there....and a victoria sponge/chocolate sponge with chocolate topping....chocolate chip cookies (just chunk your chocolate).....
Well behaved women rarely make history.
  • How about a nice custard tart or as radiohelen says a sponge cake
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

Make your own version of Boston cream pie - Victoria sponge, custard in the middle, chocolate on the top! If you make the sponge with soft brown sugar it will taste a little more treacly than if it was made with caster sugar, but the texture should be the same.

Or flapjacks - sugar, butter, oats, then top with chocolate; or shortbread. Either of these you can add chocolate chips to by breaking up your chocolate. You could even make shortbread pinwheels, alternative chocolate and plain shortbread.
  • I saw a post somewhere about a chocolate cake and I think you have all the ingredients for it.. I'll go and find the post and quote it here :)

    EDIT:

    5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

    4 tablespoons flour
    4 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons cocoa
    1 egg
    3 tablespoons milk
    3 tablespoons oil
    3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
a small splash of vanilla extract (optional)
    1 large coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips and vanilla extract (if using) and mix again.

Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high). The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
    Enjoy!

I'll say it before someone else does - try the hob nobs!!!! They're great, easy to make and popular with all who eat them!! If you don't have any syrup, substitute either honey or just a bit more sugar - the brown sugar might be nice!!
