how do you keep boiled eggs from going grey?

bean emergency
I thoguht I would do HM baked beans...I soaked the beans for 48 hours then cooked in sauce on the oven for two hours and they are still raw and crunchy - what can I do? I just bought the beans this week so they're not old. It is way past my dinnertime and i have nothing to eat unless I redeem these :(

anyone NOT like frozen meat?
I have this thing about frozen meat, especially mince. I think I only once used frozen mince ( already frozen ) and remember it was not nice.
