Recipes for Morphy Richards breadmaker

We've had our MR breadmaker for a month or so, and love it - but just wondered if anyone has any good recipes that they can recommend? We've tried those in the recipe booklet but would like to try out a few more. I know I've seen somewhere posted on this forum somewhere, but there are so many BM threads now I can't find what I'm looking for!

You might get some good ideas from the above site - the All Recipes site is very useful.
For sage and onion bread, add 2 teaspoons of dried sage as the final ingredient, then add 6 teaspoons of dried onion at the beep. I did find the dried onion didn't do the nonstick lining any favours (bit scratchy) so in future I will soak the dried onions until they lose their crispiness, then squeeze out all the moisture and add them like that.
I added 4 oz olives to the recipe for Italian herb bread that's in the manual - again, I squeezed out excess moisture after I chopped them up. Added them at the beep again.
Sundried tomato bread - 4oz of chopped SDT at the beep
Carrot & mustard bread - 4oz grated carrots at the beep and 2 tablespoons of mustard in with the water. Now I didn't get this one quite right - the water needs to be reduced a bit because of the wetness of the mustard, but I'm not sure by how much - may need a bit of experimentation.
I saw a recipe for parsnip bread - can't remember it exactly but I assume it's probably something like 4oz of finely chopped cooked parsnips added at the beep!
The quantities above are all for a 2lb loaf, by the way.
Hope this helps. Enjoy your MR!Life is not a dress rehearsal.0 -
