hmmm.. well companies dont usually give away enough food to feed a family as a freebie to my knowledge.. its normally just a taste or a single portion at best.
I am guessing you are on a tight budget so i woudl suggest you go onto one of the thrift boards, or the cookery boards and ask for suggestions, however..
i would recommend jacket potatoes with cheese and beans, followed by rice pudding made in the microwave from 1 pt milk, sugar and flaked rice (very cheap and more than enough for another day) with some fruit (like apples or pears, plums or whatever you like) that you previously cooked in the microwave and let cool (sweeten if it tastes sour)

you should be able to prepare this whole meal for more or less £2 for all of you I reckon?

i would say your main problem in preparing a meal is getting everything ready at once in just a microwave, so dont overcomplicate, maybe go for 1 hot thing and serve with salad, or prepare in advance, so for example, with the above you can cook the fruit in advance, cook the potatoes before they arrive and wrap them in foil to keep them warm, heat the beans up just before serving and while you are eating that have the rice pudding prepared and ready to ding when you get near the end of the meal.

you can even cook sponge puddings in the microwave.

depending how much money you have you could look out for a microwave cookbook (maybe in a charity shop) which will have lots of ideas for meals..

    hope that helps

Yep, Social workers these days will put anyone in care.

I am scared to take mine to the docs, when he has a little fall off the sofa, Just incase they think i am some evil parent trying to kill him! lol

It seems like your a caring mum!

Don't worry I am sure all the problems will vanish soon, and you can live life normally and stress free.

I would never be able to live without my kids, so your coping well and are VERY strong. :T

    Dont give up, stay strong.

    Now......

I love charliee's idea! Never thought of Jacket potatos!

Can't you ask them for some help?
