Vegetable peelings
I've noticed a few people on here use (or freeze for later use) vegetable peelings for making stock....I have never done this because of the things I've read about pesticides being on the skin and difficult to remove with washing....am I being too cautious here and wasting a valuable resource?

seeds keep falling off my bread
I have started making my own bread, and really enjoying it (making and eating :j) Before I put my loaves in the oven, I sprinkle with flour and then put some seeds on top. the only problem is when I take the loaves out of the tins, the seeds just fall off! How can I make the seeds "stick" to my bread??
