Do you mean the one from How to Eat - she roasts a chicken and mixes it into tagliatelle? If it's that one I can look it up for you... if it's another, let me know I have all her books apart from Forever Summer.0

Hi gt568,
We can't post the recipe on MSE for copyright reasons but here's a link to a blog that has the recipe for Tagliatelle with Chicken on it.

I made that once -a Jewish recipe as I remember, sounded lovely but it turned out to be really greasy. Sorry to be negative but it just wasn't as nice as I'd hoped.
'For the sauce, pour all the juices from the roasting pan into a saucepan. Add the rosemary, the drained sultanas and the pine nuts. Begin to simmer the sauce when you're ready to cook the pasta.'
This is the bit you need to watch -my advice is DON'T pour all the juices from the pan into the saucepan -get rid of most of the fat first otherwise it will be unpleasant.0 -
I agree with Thriftlady - do scoop off the fat but I have made this on numerous occasions without doing this and I've found it fine. It's sooo easy to make and it tastes scrummy, real comfort food!!0
