I made a trifle for a party on Tuesday. Only did the jelly/sponge and custard then completely forgot about putting the rest of the topping on as I was busy playing hostess lol.
Anyway the jelly and custard part is still in the fridge and I was just wondering if it was still safe to eat? how long does jelly and custard last in a fridge these days !?

It should be fine. The jelly will keep no problem, the only doubt might be with the custard, but I'm sure it'll be fine, unless it looks watery or smells iffy.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member # 593 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts!0
