Hiya, Ive looked on the site but cannot find any recipies for these 2 dishes, would anyone have a tried and tested recipie I could use please?
I got these dishes from someones meal planner (hope you dont mind, they sounded nice)

Chicken Provencale
Also, how long do you leave baked potatoes in the oven for, I usually do them in the microwave but its gone capoot and im missing my baked potatoes :cool:

baked pots: I normally leave mine in the oven for about 2-2 1/2 hours. nice and soft yummy!!!!!!
chicken piri piri: I buy schwartz piri piri and sprinkle some over chicken breasts, wrap in foil and place in oven for 20-25 mins!! nice and spicy!

I always under-do baked potatoes (by accident), but last time they seemed to come out ok. They were quite large and I put in oven on 200 C for about 50 minutes. I checked they were fully cooked by cutting through them...should be fluffy inside not hard.

Lots of Chicken Provencale recipes on Google but can't vouch for any of them.
