seeds keep falling off my bread

I have started making my own bread, and really enjoying it (making and eating :j)
Before I put my loaves in the oven, I sprinkle with flour and then put some seeds on top. the only problem is when I take the loaves out of the tins, the seeds just fall off!
How can I make the seeds "stick" to my bread??

I brush my bread with water and most of them stick to it.0
