Left over fish skin

Hi everyone,
I always shudder when i throw away left over fish skin. I can't give it to my dog because of the possile bones. What do you do with yours?x

I have pretty strong views on wasting food when so many are starving. However, I still discard fish skin after, for example, poaching it in milk. It's done its job of keeping the fillet together during cooking. OTOH, if I was still living with my dog, I might check and double check it for bones.The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

I check it really thoroughly and then give it to my dog. I'm fanatical about picking over fish for bones though as it really puts me off.If I actually get any in my mouth when I'm eating it,I can't finish it off I'm that bad0
