Can I do anything with (cooked) bread that hasn't risen?
Made some bread in the BM this morning and it hasn't risen, it's just finishing its cycle and I have what looks like a very flat dense loaf at the bottom of the pan. Can I use this for anything (assuming it is actually cooked through OK) or should it just go out for the birds? Thanks S

How to soften coffee that's gone hard
I keep my instant coffee in an airtight jar but when I opened the jar the other day, it had all lumped together in one massive.. well... lump! I have tried breaking some coffee off to make a cup of coffee but it doesn't dissolve and I am left with floating chunks. Why is this happening? What can I do to stop it?
