Can I do anything with (cooked) bread that hasn't risen?

Made some bread in the BM this morning and it hasn't risen, it's just finishing its cycle and I have what looks like a very flat dense loaf at the bottom of the pan.
Can I use this for anything (assuming it is actually cooked through OK) or should it just go out for the birds?
Thanks
S

I would make breadcrumbs and freeze them. I've got a batch in the freezer, handy for coating chicken, or mixing with Golden Syrup to make treacle tart.
Croutons? Chop into cubes, splash of olive oil and bake for a few minutes. Then freeze.
Crostini? Slice into thin slices, toast and top with different toppings.0 -
Thanks Oakdale Minx - might do half crumbs and half croutons.

Having taken it out of the BM, I've decided against breadcrumbs or croutons - doorstop is more like it  Going out on the bird table I reckon.
