Grubby iron

Is this chicken cooked properly?
hi i know that the breast of chicken is white when cooked but because legs are a darker meat i can never tell if they are cooked or not and end up chucking them in the bin to be safe is there a colour they should be when cooked as they always look a pinky browy colour when i cook them and im not sure if thats right thanks

Quick Chicken Question
Just opened a pack of Chicken breasts that are well within date. There was a bit of a smell off them and I'm wondering if they are OK? Is it just because they have been packed a while. The smell has subsided now - but I don't fancy food poisoning! What do you think - to use or not to use?
