Made a great meal tonight. Had some yellow label chicken breasts thawed out. Got one, and sliced it in quarters. Put it in a plastic bag, and bashed it flat with a rolling pin. Coated it with a mix of Cajun, and flour. Hey presto, cheap chicken burgers. Put it in a pitta with some salad. and added some Nandos Piri Piri sauce.
Then I had an Idea.
Since the bottle was empty, I looked at the ingredients, and saw I had most of them in my fridge/ cupboard. Chucked what I had in a pan, and boiled it for an hour. Since I still have the original bottle of Nandos, I will bottle it up,and see who notices.
Seems to me , the best recipie book in the world is Mr T. Check out the sauces and meals you can buy there, and do it for half the price (and additives) yourself.
