gunk left over from winemaking - any uses?

my alcoshot kit has matured today .... and the result is yum. I accidentally swallowed some while siphoning 
anyhoo .... there is some sediment left over in the tub and i'm wondering if it can be used for anything ... plant food? compost? toilet cleaning? .... any ideas

I don't know if it is the same stuff, but when we made beer in a barrel several years ago, we used the leftover stuff in the bottom to make bread instead of yeast, it was lovely.0
