DVLA - never recieved V5
I bought a car in November and despite telling the previous owner to send off her side of the V5 to the DVLA its now Feb so im guessing its not coming. How do I go about sorting this as im sure not paying for one, as its not my fault. I still have the new keeper section i just need to get a new V5 in my name. cheers

Good and bad car insurance companies
Looking for new insurance soon and dont want to just go with the cheapest because I've had bad experiences in the past (i.e. Swiftcover). At the moment, the cheapest are Kwikfit, Aviva, and M&S. Any opinions?
