ToP Cash Back AA Deal

Following a suggestion in MArtin's newsletter, I used the Top Cashback site to purchase my AA roadside cover. See here: topcashback.co.uk/retailerdetailThe_AA.htm (needs www. place in front of the link, since I am unable to post links)

However, months later nothing has been paid out and there is no way of contacting anyone at Top Cashback. Is this a con?

If not, does anyone know how to contact Top Cashback?

Not sure about TCB, but if using Quidco, you do have to go back to the Quidco Site and enter your policy details, once they arrive.

Bada,I joined Topcashback in November 2009 and purchased AA HomeContents/Buildings insurance via them for which I qualified for £50 cashback. As I say this was at the begining of November. It did show as having been 'tracked' after a couple of hours, however it has took a while to gain payable status.Just received an email from them on Friday gone to say they are in the process of paying it by BACS.
There is a thread if you do an advance search on here for topcashback in titles which is monitered by one of their representitives who appears to answer eveyones questions very promptly.
    Good luck!

  • Thanks for all the suggestions. I didn't recall registering an account with Top Cashback.

I just checked online and I can now see the status is confirmed and awaiting payment.

I think mine took 3-4 months to pay out.
