Solar Panel - 2012 installation
My partner and I are due to exchange on a house in February. The house is part of a deceased estate so information is a little difficult, but from what we have found, solar panels were installed on the property in 2012 by a company which has since gone out of business. The owner completed a form to her energy supplier but…

British Gas pay as you go phone number
A friend has no electricity in her new home. Can't use previous owners top up cards as the account is closed. Can't register a new account as the website says that british gas doesn't supply the address. The phone number 0330 100 0303 just cuts off and redirects to the website - she needs to speak to someone before Monday.

British Gas took over my Ebico electricity account - my credit balance is missing
My final Ebico bill shows £92.02 of my credit balance transferred "British Gas Migration Reconciliation - DD - 11 Nov 2020". BG says it is waiting on the Administrator. The transfer was over 2 months ago. Is anyone else in this situation of waiting for their credit balance to appear? What is going on?
