Does anyone know approx the cost of gas bill for a 3 bed semi? We are with British Gas and have just had my last quarterly bill and it is for £248. hello all , i am putting in nearly £20 a week in gas , i am with bg , prepayment meter , does anyone else put this amount in ????????? i only have standard radiators which are on timers and i DO NOT have a gas fire .... if you were me would you query it ????? its just it seems very excessive to me ..... nearly £80 a month

work out consumption?
How do I easily work out consumption? do i multiply 1 weeks meter readings by 52? 1 months by 12? consult my bill & multiply? I have been in my house for 6 months & am with powergen energy online for both gas & Elec.

Do you know that if you have Dual Fuel with British Gas you can get...
Free evening and weekend telephone calls if you have a bt landline, basically what happens, is you pay line rental through BT as normal but you get all your chargeable calls through onetel, onetel are actually cheaper than BT on ALL calls, just thought those who have Dual Fuel might want to know this.
