Tried to switch and recieved a letter saying...
Options
"We are delighted that you've agreed to a contract to return to British Gas for your electricity.
However our records show that we already supply you with electricity."
Erm no you don't, Southern Electric do!
Later in the letter they appear to contradict themselves by saying
"We look forward to supplying your electricity in the very near future."
