Best way to return expensive purchase to US?
I bought an expensive ring on eBay that's not as described. The seller has agreed to refund on return, so now I need to figure out how to return it to the US. What would be the best way to mail jewellery, so I can insure for its full value (over £1k) and track its return to the seller?

Hi All, I am a seller on ebay and over the weekend I had some idiot leave me negative feedback, unfair I think. Is there a way of getting this removed via ebay or not? I have sent the buyer a email explaining but he said he will not remove the neg feedback. Any advice would help
