Hi All,
I am a seller on ebay and over the weekend I had some idiot leave me negative feedback, unfair I think.
Is there a way of getting this removed via ebay or not?
I have sent the buyer a email explaining but he said he will not remove the neg feedback.
Any advice would help

Can you give a bit more background?
Like did the buyer try to get a resolution before leaving feedback.
Have they mentioned feedback in any comms to try to get a response.
What comment have they left.0
