Hi all, I don't know whether I'm being too sympathetic to this trouble buyer or not.
Bidding ended for a dress I had on 7th October. Buyer hadn't paid after a few days and I sent a message. Couple of days later I hadn't heard a reply so opened a case on 14th October.
The day after I opened the case I got an email saying the buyer was on holiday and would pay me when they got back (no date or anything was mentioned).
It's now been 2 more weeks and I've not heard a thing nor had payment. I've just checked the buyer's feedback and there's a feedback left for an item they won on 16th October (2 days after I opened my case).
After writing this all out I'm thinking I should just close the case, block the buyer and relist the item. I'm guessing I can't leave any feedback as it'd be a false negative.
Does this sound like the best idea? Thanks.
