Buyer wants me to deliver to a 2nd Address?

Hi my buyer has said she's having problems with deliveries and has asked me to send an item to her mothers. Both addresses are in Essex, I know about the scams but would this cause me problems? Thanks for any advice
Look after the pennies and the £££s will look after themselves

It depends on what the item is and it's value.
If you post to a non confirmed address, Paypal will not cover you but you would have to send it tracked/signed for anyway to cover yourself on a confirmed address.
If it is a low value item I would check the buyers history/feedback and send it 1st class to the alternate address and get a proof of postage fron the Post Office.
You can then claim from Royal Mail if not delivered.0 -

If you send the item to an address that differs from the address given by paypal, I believe you will lose any seller protection you may have.
Don't do it. Tell the buyer you can only send the item to the address supplied by paypal.0 -
The items sold for £40 and I'm sending it by myhermes so I will have tracking but probably not signed for.Look after the pennies and the £££s will look after themselves0

If you send to a different address and the buyer claims not to have received it, you will be unable to prove that it has been delivered as you are not sending to the address supplied by paypal.

Buyer can change address on their paypal when making payment. If they have paid, you may want to refund them and request they change the address and repay. Message them first0
