My friend received his statement from Vanquis or Impact collections and they haven't charged any fees/interest. This may help anyone who can't make payments to Vanquis. It is on for a period of 6 month's, then reviewed again.

Equifax have info in a name that's not mine!
Got turned down for a current account and decided to check Equifax to check my credit file. There are two accounts on there which have a surname which is neither my married name or my maiden name. Thankfully both accounts are settled and there are no problems with them. Can anyone tell me how I get this fixed? Thanks
