Equifax have info in a name that's not mine!

Got turned down for a current account and decided to check Equifax to check my credit file. There are two accounts on there which have a surname which is neither my married name or my maiden name. Thankfully both accounts are settled and there are no problems with them.
Can anyone tell me how I get this fixed?

You would need to contact equifax to dispute the accounts https://www.econsumer.equifax.co.uk/consumer/uk/sitepage.ehtml?forward=gb_cs_about_faqs#six they should then investigate and query this with the company that linked these accounts to your name.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
