Can we do this?

Hi all,Have just been listening to the new rules regarding PPI....in short we have a Tesco loan, which has now been taken on by Incasso, who have put a charge on our house, the loan was for £25k,and we took it out about 5 years ago,we are also on a DMP.....looking good innit!....My question is,can we still claim back PPI? If so how do we go about it?
Thanks in advance:)

We are still paying off the loan through the DMP.

    Hi

It would be best to post on this section of the forum Reclaim PPI & Other Insurance,
As far as I know being on a DMP should not hinder a PPI misselling claim.
