Sorry for the silly questions, thanks for reading

My husband...
...has taught himself to plaster and has spent this weekend plastering our hall due to the shock we got when we got a quote of £400 for said work. Our wall is looking fab for the first time since we moved in (2 and a half years ago :o ) and it cost a fraction of what it could have been! Am very proud of him!

How do you value your loans?
Hi, i know it doesn't really make too much difference in the long run, but when you are making a list of your debts, when it comes to loans do you work on the original value of the loan or do you multiply your payment by the outstanding months? In the long run i know it's not going to make much difference but just wondered…

What will your SOA be like?
I've been thinking of 2008 when we are debt free. What things would you put on your SOA that you currently make little or no provision for? for us, it will be over payments on the mortgage, pensions (which neither of us have at the moment so we'll be paying large chunks in to one then) and a rainy day fund. Hmmm, that'll…

Incentives & Treats
I just wanted to see what things people promise themselves to urge them into paying off their debts quicker. When I'm all done and clear I'm gunna buy myself a saxophone, I've always wanted to learn and the sooner I pay off my debts the sooner I can get myself some lessons! :D

Bit of good news for those who are up late or need a good laugh. Out window shopping today with the missus and the 3 kids, when we stumbled across a toy that took my eldest boys eye(4). It was a little Yoda who if you asked him a question and squeezed his hand would give you the ultimate answer. Well my son asked him if he…
