can i move ?

Been on a DMP since Jan 06 all nasty letters have stopped and all creditors appear to be ok with my payment plan. My question is however whislt on a DMP can i move house ????

My mortgage is 120k ish and the value of the house is the same, i am looking at moving to another place worth 120k but can i whilst on a DMP?

I have never ever missed any mortgage payments

    yes you can move whilst on a DMP but you may have difficulty getting a remortgage especially at a standard rate. if you haven't defaulted on your current mortgage in any way i suggest you try them first. do however consider the costs of moving house, solicitors fees, estate agent fees, moving men,mortgage arrangment fees plus any redecoration, repair or whatever in the new home.
