I just wanted to see what things people promise themselves to urge them into paying off their debts quicker.
When I'm all done and clear I'm gunna buy myself a saxophone, I've always wanted to learn and the sooner I pay off my debts the sooner I can get myself some lessons!

I've got nothing in mind, just the fact that we won't be saying 'sorry, we can't come to your stag do because we can barely afford to eat this month' will be enough for us.
And to be able to go for a weeks holiday somewhere with the children would be good too.0 -
Mine is being able to save up the 3.5k needed to crown all my front smile teeth.
I had too much Fluride as a kid (water, drops and toothpaste all had fluride in) and because of the amount I had, I have really severe staining on my teeth. They all look brown and yellow - basically like I never brushed etc.
I was bullied at school because of them, I don't smile in photos, and meeting new people is always hard, because of how concious I am about my teeth. Bleaching doesn't fix them, and veneers are too thin and will still let the staining show through.
So, (after oer £1k worth of emergency dental work  ) my very nice dentist has told me what I need to do - and has already knocked £50 off each of the crowns for me. I've just got to save the money to get it done.
So when I pay off my debts....I'll truely be able to smile. Proud DFW Nerd 135 :cool:Sealed Pot Challenge - 0190 -

I used to play the saxophone! Good luck!!!
Well I promised myself another holiday to the U.S which is booked for Feb 2007 (fly on my birthday infact!). I'm not having a holiday this year due to my debt "repayment" but I've treated myself next year as a well done for loosing weight and paying back debt (the majority of it). Obviously this has to be done without effecting my current debt "plan" so my DFD doesn't slip!!!Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 092
