What rights? Item purchased online, paid, but retailer claims website glitch.
I purchased a bike online, paid by paypal, received receipt. Now the retailer has called me and asked for an additional 17% (VAT I assume) before the build and deliver the bike. From my limited knowledge of law, the fact that my payment has been accepted constitutes a binding contract. What should I do? Thanks

It's not a massive deal - I'm just curious. A shop I went in today was charging 35 pence for a second class stamp, when they are meant to be 30 pence. Do you think the Royal Mail would like to know? Is it legal to charge more than face value for them?
