What can I do about returns not received by simply be

Just a post for some advise please.I used simply be to order my lingerie for my wedding and kept 3 items sent most of it back, all in the one package via their courier.
Only some of the items have been credited to my account and they want to fill in a missing parcel form again(have done this twice already and they say they have not recieved it).
But its not a missing parcel as I only returned the one parcel.its just that they have not credited all of the items which were in the parcel.
In the meantime my account which should have a balance of about £50 is sitting at nearly £300 and accruing interest on this.
What can I do?
I cant afford to pay for £250 worth of stuff I returned.

Do another missing parcel form and send it recorded so you have proof when they say you haven't sent it. Same thing had happened too me, managed to get it creditied very easily.
