I'm just looking for some advice, I've recently moved out of my old house where I lived with my (now ex) fianc!, I was happy to allow the plusnet DD come out of the bank till she had arranged something for herself. BT business broadband + Line
hi, In the recent email from mse, it mentions that BT is raising its prices yet again. I'd like to know if thats the case for just personal customers or business customers too? At the moment I'm paying BT £104.25 per month (average of last four months). Its for two lines and a 38Mbps broadband.

BT Price Hike
Hi this is my first post so Hello all I have just read the article on BT raising prices again which means I could legitimately break my contract with them. The problem is that I only rejoined BT in Dec 2016 and paid the line rental up for 12 mths. I also got a £100 cash card (which I haven't spent yet). Does anyone know if…

BT - Internet Keeps Going Off. Phone barely audible often.
Had problems with internet access since 16th Dec. Was off until 7th Jan. Engineers were booked and then cancelled by BT. All in all spent over 20 hours on the phone attempting to get sense. A lot of people in my locality are experiencing similar and also with their land lines. The crackling on the line makes some calls…

BT "All in" line rental and broadband
Seen that BT will start combining these as part of the general price increases in April. Why? Has this something to do with the telephone and broadband companies getting complaints for dodgy adverts advertising competitive broadband fees with the line rental stated elsewhere in small print?

Arguing with Vodafone - where do I stand?
Back in November we decided it was ridiculous to keep paying £48 per month for our Virgin package (telly/phone/broadband) when we could get cheaper elsewhere. We rang up various different providers to see what they could offer and ended up on the phone to Vodafone, who I've had a mobile phone with now for about ten years.…

Plusnet service
Two weeks ago I contacted Plusnet by chat about when I would receive my £50 for taking another 12 months contract, in the end the guy in Plusnet said he would check and get back to me. Last Monday after not hearing I tried again on chat, this guy apologised for the delay and said he would give me a case number and would…

o2 Broadband email no longer working
Some time ago o2 announced that Sky were taking over the email accounts. That happened and I was able to log into my o2 account via the o2 website for some considerable time. That eventually stopped via the o2 site but I was still able to retrieve my o2 emails from my windows live mail account. I now log into the account…

Heard Of A "Silver Key" Address?
My current broadband provider is Talk Talk. Fortunately I am coming to the end of my contract with them and for my sanity not to mention a decent broadband service I need to move away from them. I contacted PlusNet for a price. They have told me that they can't provide a service to my address because it is a "Silver Key"…

Broadband for only 6-months
Has anyone any experience or suggestions regarding short term or 6-month broadband contracts? I am due to move into a flat with a friend for only a short term 6-month contract. We therefore only need internet access for 6-months. The majority of providers only seem to offer 12 to 18 month contracts with high cancellation…

Sky & TalkTalk Conflict
I switched to Sky from TalkTalk last year, with the understanding that they take care of the transfer and inform TT. Unfortunately this hasn't happened, and TT have kept on charging me. I've contacted both, and they both blame each other. Any advice on how to resolve this would be great, as I don't particularly like paying…

Annoying pretend TalkTalk phone calls
I'm a TalkTalk customer. For the last couple of weeks I've been repeatedly getting phone calls from people pretending to be from TalkTalk. I've tried various responses: 1) Told them I've talked to TalkTalk who advise I record their call, so if they give me a minute I'll turn on my recording device, they always hang up. 2)…

Has anyone joined TalkTalk?
They have a good deal on which sounds great for me at the moment but I feel a bit like it's a bit too good to be true. Surely there has to be a catch.

Virgin Broadband - haggling
I'm a virgin broadband and calls customer and my offers/contract has expired. I would usually haggle a new deal and enter into another 12 month contract, the only problem is that I am planning to move in with my girlfriend this year so I don't really want to commit to another 12 months. Has anybody been in this situation…
