They have a good deal on which sounds great for me at the moment but I feel a bit like it's a bit too good to be true. Surely there has to be a catch.

Talk Talk have been absolutely dreadful in my case. Their service is non-existent. I only have 3 more weeks of my contract left with them - I can't wait to get away.0

When I was with them, they were good at Talking the Talk. Walking the Walk was another story however ... no end of problems. As an ex-telecom engineer I even told them what the likely problem was but they refused to get BT to sort it out. So I got a second line installed by BT (that's a story for another time), and my new broadband provided by O2 before it was taken over by Sky worked fine .....0

I understand that you are part of Tesco, I was with Talk Talk for many years but due to breach of peoples personal data got lots of dubious calls and in fact I feel my local council was involved they also released vulnerable people data. What is the siutation now please.0 -
In all the years my folks were with TalkTalk we never had any technical issues, however, their sales tactics are most unsavory so switched to Plusnet two years ago and have now just switched to Sky - I think Sky now have an advantage as far as UK call centre support goes, BT making a hash of Plusnet - unless TalkTalk were giving its ASDL and phone services away, I'd avoid - what about Origin Broadband?0
