Need help finding a package
Plusnet have upset me this weekend by withdrawing international calls without telling me, and then having a major attitude problem when I ask for my £80 back. (Even going so far as to suggest that I should have signed in to their website every day to check for updates to terms and conditions. What makes them think they're…

Moving providers, advice please
I have decided to change from Plusnet broadband and homephone to Sky, mainly because I want Sky tv and have calculated that it will only cost me just under £10 per month more than I pay out now to get Sky TV if I switch broadband and phone to them too. I have been with Plusnet for a year on 8th Feb. Have seen an offer on…

Beware Talk/talk/tiscali
Like many on this forum I have had problems with this company and through my experience I would like to warn anyone thinking of leaving them, first thing to do once you have been activated by your new ISP is cancel all direct debit accounts you have with T/T/tiscali because they will still continue to take money from your…

Stupid question about cable phone/internet
We've just bought a new house and I rang up BT to get the phone installed. It turns out that BT have never supplied it or, if they did, have no records of it. This is feasible - we've done some investigating and all the phone sockets in the house have ntl or Virgin Media branding. It was rented out by the previous owner…

Broadband if you're not Unbundled (LLU'd)
Hi, Is there any good cheap broadband packages available if your one of the many in the UK who's exchange hasn't been unbundled yet? Depending on the ISP provider they either cover 70% or 80% of the UK only, what about the rest of us? Have ISPs stopped unbundling exchanges, their % seems to stay the same? Mark.

BT for line rental ?
Hi All, Our local exchange has just been upgraded with LLU and we can now get the Sky Talk and unlimited broadband package at about £30 p/m less than the BT deal because we're already Sky+ customers. A bigger saving comes from us taking the Sky line rental instead of the BT one. In the past, we've shied away from NOT…

BT Broadband – How is it Possible to Offer such a Poor Service
Our broadband stopped working about 5 or 6 weeks ago. Since then, we called BT nearly every other day but the problem has not been resolved and I cannot imagine it will eventually.
